Offseason! Things have been fun. Picking heavy things up, then putting them down again and riding my bike in circles have all been doing well.

Training has all been going well. Weight in the gym has been going up. Cadence on the rollers has been getting better. Woo hit 208rpm!
Oh I guess that brings me to the last thing: NEW BIEK Dolan DF4. Not available yet. Wow. Much rare. Such exclusive.
Super excited for the start of the season. Will be traveling for my first race in May. WEE! Life overall has been great. I have zero complaints, so this blog post won't be a wall of text... for once. Until next post!
